As Told Over The Bayside Skillet Brunch
One thing I didn't want to wait for was The Bayside Skillet. I have a thing for kitschy (which means tacky but in an ironic or intended way). My kitchen is kitschy, and this restaurant reminded me of what my kitchen would be if I lived on the beach and cooked omelets and crepes. And when I say 'remind,' I mean pretty loosely. My kitchen is all about yellow with hits of bright colors, and theirs was pink with accents of strawberries.
